Ep 101: Utilizing CPAs as COIs to Increase Productivity with Anton Anderson

Joining me from sunny California on today’s episode is Anton Anderson. Anton is the CEO at Elite Resource Team where they teach financial advisors how to differentiate themselves by working with CPAs within an efficient system.

This is a major topic within our industry: how to leverage and utilize CPAs (certified public accountants) as COIs (centers of influence). We dive into the three important traits when looking for a CPA, the dating game between advisors and CPAs, and whether or not we’re making the right decisions to improve our productivity. Anton also digs into the outdated referral model and what his firm recommends to replace that model.

This conversation will help us better approach accountants as COIs, a valuable skill if you want to grow your firm.
