Over the time I have known Matt, he has never stopped playing the infinite game and I knew that anyone in The Circle would share a passion for refusing to accept plateaus. Everyone in the group shares their insight on a variety of topics, primarily from an alternate standpoint than my own, which is extremely valuable. It has been said, “If you’re the smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room.” The Circle is the right room for me.

The Circle has been a great way to connect with others in the industry facing many of the same challenges and opportunities that I am. What’s unique about our industry is we more or less all have the same tools in our toolbox but the way in which we use those tools is so different.
